What's the real problem with IT risk management?
Most large IT Organisations are knee-deep in enormous and often ancient spreadsheet-based risk registers, so they must be doing lot's of risk management. Right?

But these successes may well be in the minority. This is despite waves of investment in PM training, ITIL, PRINCE2, AGILE, new tools, better applications and expensive people and consultants.
